Recently, we implemented an outbound dashboard for one of our clients in their warehouse. This immediately created more overview and efficiency on the floor. Previously, the owner — who regularly drives night routes himself — had to come to the warehouse every afternoon to brief drivers on that day’s collections.

With an API connection between the TMS and a dashboard screen in the warehouse, drivers now have real-time insight into where and how much they need to collect from each customer — independently.
